March Update

In March many of our regular Room to Grow activities continued, such as regular food funding. But with school activities wrapping up, there was an opportunity for several special events. In Thailand, the hottest time of the year is April and by hot, we mean hot. In the camps there is no possibility of hiding in an air-conditioned building or even enjoying the breeze from a fan. February Update

February was all about food. Before anything else, Room to Grow Foundation really focuses on providing children with enough food. The challenge is to support community partners with the funds they need to do their work. At the same time, to ensure that those funds before everything else go towards the benefit of the children. All of the boarding houses we support were able to provide some food for the children in their care, generally around the amount of two baht per child per day in addition to some basic rations provided by TBBC, an NGO providing food and non-food items ...
